What is the process?
Please contact Christina via telephone or text.
During the first conversation, you will discuss Christina’s approach to trauma therapy and recovery, as well as your needs. Together, you will determine how she can best support you. This initial conversation will be about a half-hour at no cost.
Christina is committed to your being comfortable with her as your therapist before you start working together.
What should I expect?
The therapy will start with two hour sessions to provide enough time for you to start to feel more at peace. The length and number of sessions will vary based on your individual needs.
Christina offers three session options:
In person in Tucson.
Remotely via Skype or FaceTime.
Customized, intensive therapeutic sessions in Tucson for those who live in other locations.
How long will the therapy take?
Trauma recovery work is not talk therapy. It encompasses a series of special interventions that directly impact your brain and body.
The length of therapy will be mutually determined by you and Christina.
How much does therapy cost?
Please contact Christina to discuss the fee schedule. She offers a sliding scale.
Does Christina take insurance?
Not at this time.
Most people are afraid of suffering.
But suffering is a kind of mud to help the lotus flower of happiness grow.
There can be no lotus flower without the mud.
